Speeding up the talent training has become the important strategic choice by different countries which have to cope positively and win the initiative in the fierce international competition. Developed countries are creating condi- tions for cultivating outstanding young especially postdoctoral research talents. Hospital post-doctoral scientific re- search station is beneficial to enhance the level of medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, and promote the de- velopment of related department. Suggestion is to perfect policy evaluation system of postdoctoral, establish scientific research management system according with the characteristics of hospital, arouse the enthusiasm of postdoctoral and initiative. Optimize the environment of scientific research work, develop hospital information resources integration sys- tem of postdoctoral scientific research, so as to provide better professional development platform and space for the growth of postdoctoral. Strengthen the construction of the contingent of tutors, select outstanding teachers for post-doc- toral teaching, let teaching benefit teachers as well as students. Develop high level research projects, improve the post- doctoral scientific literacy, enhance scientific research atmosphere and scientific research ability. Expand international exchanges and cooperation, track the development of international frontier science and technology, explore and grasp the prospective direction of international scientific research. To construct a reasonable academic team and complement each other＇s advantages. Increase the postdoctoral funded projects, with the suggestion that our country should support youth science and technology personnel especially under the age of 35.
