摘要
以中小流域综合治理为切入点,综合分析治理的现状与发展脉络,结合实际工程案例,从治理单元的完整性、河流廊道的用地控制性、技术体系的系统性、功能需求的多样性等方面提出了治理的重点与难点,并从大、中、小尺度三个层面提出相应的对策。
Comprehensive analysis is conducted on the current situation and development of medium and small river basins. Combining with typical cases, focal points and difficulties are evaluated regarding to completion of management units, control of land use along the river courses, formation of systematic technical system and diversity of functional demand. Measures are proposed from three dimension of large, medium and small.
