里下河湖区管理工作实践与思考

Brief introductions are made on features of lake and marsh groups in the middle part of Lixiahe in Huaihe River Basin, as well as practice and achievement in the governance of lake and creation of protection mechanism, as well as application of managerial tools and information system. Based on evaluation of challenges and difficulties, it is recommended to take measures of specifying responsibilities and accountability for water administration and innovative management mechanism.
