摘要 分析了气隙磁密对齿槽转矩的影响;提出了一种将组合永磁体用于表贴式永磁同步电机的方法。本文针对组合永磁体对气隙磁密的影响作出了解析分析,进而研究了本文所提方法对齿槽转矩的影响,并探究了基于不同材料永磁体的极弧系数组合关系对齿槽转矩的影响,寻找最佳极弧系数的匹配关系,并采用有限元分析软件对解析计算结果进行验证。仿真结果与解析计算结果基本一致,所采用组合永磁体的方法可以有效减小电机的齿槽转矩。 In order to explore the method of cogging torque reduction of permanent magnet motor,the influence of air gap flux density on cogging torque was analyzed. The method of permanent magnets combination used for permanent magnet synchronous motor was proposed. The influence of the proposed method on air gap flux density by using analytical method was analyzed,and then the influence of permanent magnets combination on cogging torque was studied. The influence of pole arc coefficient of different materials of permanent magnet combination on the cogging torque was also analyzed and the best arc coefficients were found out. The finite element analysis software was used to validate the results,which is got by analytical method. The simulation result is basically identical with the calculation result,which shows that the method of permanent magnet combination can effectively reduce the cogging torque.
