摘要
针对气隙磁密对于共轴磁齿轮电机功率密度、电机效率的影响,提出了Halbach阵列转子结构,从共轴磁齿轮电机的转子结构出发,对常规表贴式结构和Halbach结构进行分析。并对其进行有限元分析和对比,得出了两种不同的气隙磁密的波形和磁场云图,以及不同转子结构的电机的反电势、出力和空载铁耗的对比。分析结果表明:运用Halbach阵列转子结构的共轴磁齿轮电机,其气隙磁场中用于传递转矩的谐波含量明显增加,同时非有利次谐波含量降低,减小反电势THD值,增大电机出力、减小空载铁耗。Halbach阵列应用与于共轴磁齿轮电机具有广阔的前景。
Aiming at the influence of air gap magnetic density on power density and the efficiency of magnetic- geared permanent magnet in- wheel motors,the structure of Halbach array permanent rotor was proposed. From the structure of permanent magnet rotors in magnetic- geared permanent magnet in- wheel motors,the conventional surface mounted and Halbach array permanent magnet rotors were compared and analyzed. In addition,the finite element analysis was used to analyze and compare them,and the magnetic cloud and the air gap magnetic density of two different rotor structures were calculated. The back EMF,the torque and the iron losses with no load of two different rotor structures were compared. The result shows that the amplitude and the component of air gap magnetic density is enhanced,the THD of back EMF and the iron losses with on load is reduced and the torque of the motor is increased by using Halbach array in magnetic- geared permanent magnet in- wheel motors. Halbach array has the bright future when used in magnetic- geared permanent magnet in- wheel motors.
