摘要
以气体轴承支撑的高速涡轮发电机为研究对象,研究电机电负载对轴系稳定性影响,对比分析电机在不带电负载和带电负载两种情况下轴系振动特性,借助时间三维谱图、频谱图、轴心轨迹等详细分析升速区域内振动特性,并且对比分析以上两种工况下能量输出情况。实验结果表明发电机带负载后不仅会使轴系振动加剧,而且会改变能量的输出比例。
With the high speed turbine generator supported by gas bearing as an object, the influence of electromagnetic forces on the motor shaft stability was studied. The vibration characteristics of the motor shaft system with and without power load were compared and analyzed. With help of three-dimensional spectrum, frequency spectrum and centroid orbit, the vibration characteristics of the shaft in the acceleration range were analyzed in detail. The experimental results show that the generator load can affect the stability of the whole system and change the output ratio of energy.
