摘要
为保证石油钻机旋扣水龙头壳体的质量及安全,提高设计效率,通过SolidWorks软件建立了XSL450型石油钻机旋扣水龙头壳体的三维实体模型,针对额定载荷和2.25倍额定载荷2种工况下,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,分别计算了壳体在额定载荷和超负荷条件下的应力状况,分析了壳体的应力分布规律。并根据API Spec 8C规范要求设置危险下限和安全上限,显示了2种工况下壳体的危险区域和安全区域,结果显示壳体是安全的。提出了改进和优化措施,为XSL450型石油钻机旋扣水龙头壳体的安全设计和结构优化提供依据。
To ensure XSL450 rotary swivel shell of oil drilling rig quality and safety,to improve the efficiency of design,the three-dimensional entity model of XSL450 rotary swivel shell of oil drill-ing rig was built with SolidWorks software.In the two kinds of rated load and 2.25 times rated load working conditions,the stress of XSL450 rotary swivel shell working with rated load or over-load rated load was calculated by using ANSYS finite element analysis software.The stress dis-tributing rule of shell was analyzed.According to API Spec 8C specification requirements,the lower limit and upper limit of safety stress were set in above two kinds of working conditions,the stress of danger zone and safe zone were showed,the results shows that the XLS 450 rotary swivel shell was safe under rated load or 2.25 times rated load working conditions.The measures of im-provement and optimization were put forward.This provides the basis for safety design and struc-ture optimization of XSL450 rotary swivel shell of oil drilling rig.
