注水井小型化调配设备研制

Development of the Small Deployment Equipment for Water Injection Well

为满足海上平台注水井调配要求,开发了占地空间小、在平台有其他作业情况下能满足调配需求的小型化调配设备。该设备设计紧凑,大幅降低了空间使用要求,可以整体搬移,作业方便,解决了渤海油田注水井分层调配作业率低的现状。选取典型海上注水井进行了现场试验,试验过程中样机运行平稳,工作状态良好,各项性能指标均达到设计要求,能满足平台有其他作业情况下可正常进行调配作业,机动灵活,组合方便。

In order to meet the requirements of water injection well deployment,the small space of the small size of the deployment requirements can be met in the platform with other operations.
