助剂对聚醋酸乙烯酯乳胶涂料黏度的影响

Effect of Additives on Viscosity of Polyvinyl Acetate Emulsion Paint

通过对几种常用助剂在水性涂料中的作用及工作原理的研究,分析了这些助剂对水性涂料黏度的影响。结果表明:分散剂聚丙烯酸钠盐、消泡剂液体石蜡、成膜助剂十二醇酯用量的增加,聚醋酸乙烯酯涂料的黏度会先增加后降低;增稠剂纤维素用量增加,聚醋酸乙烯酯涂料的黏度则会呈逐渐增大的趋势。

Through the study of the role and working principle of several common additives in aqueous coatings,the impact of these additives on the viscosity of the coating was analyzed.The results showed that with the increasing the amount of dispersant polyacrylic acid sodium salt,defoamers liquid paraffin,coalescent lauryl alcohol esters,the viscosity of polyvinyl acetate coating would be increased firstly and then decreased;with the increasing of the amount of cellulose thickener,viscosity of poly vinyl acetate coating would be grad-ually increased.
