模糊PID复合控制在三聚甲醛生产中的应用

摘要 三聚甲醛的合成受很多因素的影响与制约,具有大滞后、强耦合、难以建立合适数学模型的特点。传统的PID控制很难达到工艺指标要求。采用模糊PID复合控制方式,通过模糊控制与PID控制的自动切换,偏差较大时采用模糊控制方式,以减小超调量并缩短调节时间;偏差较小时切换至PID控制以消除稳态误差。模糊PID控制将模糊控制动态性能好与PID控制稳态精度高的优点相结合,在生产过程中取得了明显的效果。 Synthesis of trioxane was effected and constrained by many factors,it is difficult to establish a suitable mathematical model because of its large lag,strong coupling characteristicals.The traditional PID control is difficult to achieve the technical specification requirements.By composite fuzzy PID control,via fuzzy control and PID control automatic switching,when there is a large deviation,fuzzy control can be used in order to reduce the overshoot and to shorten the settling time;when the deviation is small,PID control can be used in order to eliminate the steady state error.Fuzzy PID control has combined the advantages of dy-namic performance of fuzzy control and the high steady accuracy of PID control,has achieved significant re-sults in the production process.
