摘要
云南大理啤酒厂原污水处理不能达到新的排放标准的要求,需要对其工艺进行改造。改造后,采用UASB+CASS组合工艺对啤酒废水进行处理。结果表明,啤酒厂出水水质稳定,BOD5、CODcr、SS、氨氮值等指标均优于新的国家标准(GB19821-2005)。同时,污泥通过自热高温好氧消化技术、沼气通过分离器技术后,均可实现资源化再生利用。
Yunnan Dali brewery raw sewage processing can not meet the new emission standards,its process needs to be transformed.After the transformation,UASB +CASS combined processes were used to treat brewery wastewater.The results showed that the brewery water quality was stable,BOD5,CODcr,SS, ammonia nitrogen value and other indicators were better than the new national standard (GB19821 -2005). Meanwhile,the sludge by self -heating of thermophilic aerobic digestion,biogas through the separator tech-nology could achieve resource recycling.
