摘要
试验以油松、樟子松混交林和油松纯林林地土壤为研究对象,探讨不同林分对土壤酶活性的影响.结果表明油松、樟子松混交林每层土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性都高于油松纯林,混交林每层土壤的过氧化氢酶活性都极显著高于纯林.两种酶活性的最高值都出现在0-20cm 表层土壤中.
Taking mixed forest of Pinus tabulaeformis +pure forest of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolicaas objects to study the effects of different stand on the activities of soil enzyme.Result shows that activity of urease and catalase of mixed forest of Pinus tabulaeformis+Pinus sylvestris var.mongolicaare higher than that of pure stands;activity of catalase in each level of mixed forest are significantly higher than that of pure forest.Highest values of activity of two enzymes all appear in the 0-20 cm soil layer.
