摘要
以抚顺地区不同树龄的落叶松为研究对象,通过采集林下土壤进行土壤酶活性变化的分析,结果表明0-20cm 和20-40cm 土壤脲酶和多酚氧化酶都随着树龄的增长呈先上升后下降趋势,而0-20cm 和20-40cm土壤过氧化氢酶和蛋白酶都随着树龄的增长呈逐渐上升趋势.
Taking Larix gmelinii with different ages in Fushun region as the research object,changes of enzyme activity for soil were analyzed by collecting forest soil.Result shows that urease &polyphenol oxidase at 0-20 cm and20-40 cm soil layer are increased first and then decreased;catalase and protease at 0-20 cm & 20-40 cm soil layer shows a gradual increase trend with the increase of the age.
