影响国家档案馆走向公众的因素分析

通过分析档案馆提供档案利用服务活动过程,构建影响国家档案馆走向公众的因素体系,运用DEMATEL方法对所有影响因素进行关联分析。根据各个因素的综合影响指数排序,识别出关键影响因素,并据此提出若干推动国家综合档案馆走向公众的建议。

The author analyzed the process of the service of archives utilization and constructed the system of influencing factors on the national archives how to open to the public,then carried on an incidence analysis of all the influencing factors by the DEMATEL method.According to their comprehensive influence index ranking,the key influencing factors are recognized,and then the author put forward some suggestions to promote the national comprehensive archives to open to the public.
