建筑装饰工程技术高职学生要成长为符合行业需求的中高层技能人才,职业能力提升是必然。通过对建筑装饰行业现状与趋势分析及高职学生职业能力分析,找到提升此专业高职学生职业能力的4条途径:即人文素质、审美素质、专业技能知识、职业岗位能力培养。高职院校通过对学生职业能力提升的培养,力求使其自身素质整体优化,增加就业含金量,增强就业后可持续发展能力。
