Discussion on Scenario Design of Operational Tests

针对武器装备作战试验中想定的设计与拟制问题,介绍了作战试验想定及作战试验想定设计的基本概念与内涵,提出了基于效果的作战试验想定设计方法,基于装备对抗体系的结构和行为、作战行动、试验系统物理和行为状态建立了作战试验双方装备对抗态势演化模型;概括了作战试验想定的拟制流程,将可能想定方案的拟制分为想定设计、拟制战术企图、拟制基本想定、拟制补充想定等4个阶段,指出了每个阶段完成的基本工作内容;最后,总结了拟制作战试验想定的几个注意事项。

Aiming at scenario designing and compiling for weaponry operational tests,the paper introduces the basic concepts and connotation of operational test scenario and design of such scenario respectively and proposes the effect-based design method of operational test scenario.Based on the structure and behaviors of equipment-based combat system,operational actions,physical and behavior of test system,the paper establishes an equipment-based combat situation evolution model of both sides in the operational tests.Besides,the paper concludes the compiling procedure of the operational test scenarios in four phases:designing scenarios,compiling tactical intention,compiling basic sce-narios and compiling supplementary scenarios and points out basic tasks to be accomplished in each phase;in the end,the paper gives some notes for compiling operational test scenario.
