摘要
企业的生态创新能力可分为绿色产品创新能力、绿色工艺创新能力、绿色营销创新能力和组织生态创新能力。绿色产品创新能力的培养可通过加大绿色产品研发投资;强化绿色技术研究;与产业链内其它企业加强合作来实现。绿色工艺创新能力的形成依赖于绿色战略制定;员工绿色创新意识培养;绿色工艺创新支撑平台的建立等。绿色营销创新能力可通过树立生态创新的企业家精神;构建消费者的环境知识;加强绿色服务创新来提高。努力创造绿色组织文化;强化面向绿色发展的组织学习;及时测量和报告开展生态创新的环境绩效,则有助于组织生态创新能力的提升。
The eco-innovative capacity of enterprises can be divided into four sections, which are the capacity of green product innovation, the capacity of green process innovation, the capacity of green marketing innovation and the capacity of organizational eco-innovation. Enterprises can increase green product research and development investment, strengthen the green technology research, and enhance the cooperation with other companies within the industry chain to cultivate the capacity of green product innovation. The capacity of green process innovation depends on the formulation of green strategy, employees' consciousness of green innovation, and the establishment of green technology innovation support platform. Setting up the eco-innovational entrepreneurship, building environmental knowledge of consumers, and strengthening the green service innovation can improve the green marketing innovation ability. Enterprises can improve the capacity of organizational eco-innovation through creating green organization culture, Organizational learning for green development, and measurement and reporting of environmental performance of eco-innovation.
