随着近几年地震资料处理任务的增加,数据量越来越大,数据输入、输出越来越频繁,尤其是绘图工作,处理成果中间质量监控剖面均由热敏绘图仪输出,而热敏绘图仪一旦出现意外故障,就会严重影响处理生产。在深入了解绘图仪的内部结构和工作原理的基础上,结合处理生产,对热敏绘图仪常见故障进行分析,给出具体的排除方法。

The data size is getting larger and larger along with the increase of the seismic data processing task in the recent years, the data input and output becomes more frequent, especially the plotter, the data quality monitoring section are output by the thermal plotter for the processing results. The processing jobs would be seriously impacted if the plotter breaks down. The common malfunctions of the plotter are analyzed and the elimination methods are proposed combined with the processing job based on the understanding of the inner structures and operating principles of the thermal plotter.
