摘要
针对苏里格气田苏246区块储层埋藏深、普遍含水,且试气周期长的问题,提出三级气举阀与现场制氮气举相结合的气举诱喷快速试气工艺。该工艺设计可有效解决井深、气举效率低的问题;制氮机组优质、高效地完成气举排液施工,加快施工节奏,缩短施工作业周期。在简述现场制氮工艺及气举阀工作原理的基础上,分析气举阀连续气举诱喷工艺在快速试气中的应用,结果表明,该工艺能够满足苏246区块的快速排液。
AimedSuli at resolving the problems the reservoirs have, such as buried deep, widespread water and long gas test cycle of Su246 Block in ge gas field, a gas lift induced flow gas test technique which is based on combination of the three-level gas lift valve with on-site nitrogen production gas lift was proposed. It can effectively solve the problems of well depth and low efficiency of gas lift; the gas lift unloading could be finished efficiently by the nitrogen generator in high-quality, the construction is sped up and the job cycle is shortened. The technique is analyzed in the application of the fast gas test based on the brief introduction of the on- site nitrogen production gas lift. The result show that the unloading could be done quickly by the technique applied in Su246 Block.
