ESP课程对教师教研能力的正向反拨作用——以海军实用英语课程为例

摘要 基于专门用途英语(ESP)课程的特殊性和教学过程中存在的问题,以海军实用英语课程为例,展示教学小组如何解决教师经历匮乏、教学理论缺失和评价体系论证三个问题,最终形成一整套教学体系。进而提出ESP教学会影响教师的态度、行为和动机,即测试学中提到的"反拨作用"原理。最终得出结论:ESP课程对教师的教研能力发展有正向反拨作用。
