摘要 硒是人体必需的微量元素,它与机体多个代谢通路有关,如抗氧化功能和免疫功能等,含硒蛋白质更是人体内许多关键酶的组成部分。有机硒化合物因其广泛的生物学活性而成为抗肿瘤、心血管保护、抗病毒、抗菌、免疫调节及神经保护药物研发的热点。依布硒及乙烷硒啉都是目前正在进行临床研究的、具有临床应用前景的有机硒类候选药物。本文将从药理活性、作用机制等方面对近年来国内、外有机硒化合物的研究进展作一综述。 Selenium is an essential element for human body, which is related to many metabolic pathways, for example, antioxidant function and immune function. The proteins which contain selenium are the components of many key enzymes. Since its extensive biological activities, selenium containing compounds have already become the research hotspots of drug development for anti-tumor, cardiovascular, antiviral, antibacterial, immune regulator and nerve protection. Ebselen and Ethaselen are organic selenium drugs with profound clinical significance which are currently in clinical research. This article will review the advances in the research of organic selenium compounds on the aspects of pharmacological activity, mechanism, etc.
