浅谈医用磁共振成像系统的故障与不良事件

Discussion on Failure and Adverse Events of Medical Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems

通过对国内外文献资料进行分析、整理,总结目前医用磁共振成像(MRI)系统常见的故障与不良事件、不安全因素,并进行分类阐述。MRI不良事件可分为物理效应、生物效应、器械故障和其他伤害事件4大类、14小类,以不同的方式造成伤害或损失。当前磁共振成像系统越来越普及,检查人数也急剧上升,存在着较多的安全问题,建议生产企业和医务人员提高重视程度,排除机械故障,加强对不良事件信息的收集和利用。

Objective: To promote the awareness of production enterprises, medical workers and patients, and reduce the occurrence of adverse events of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Methods:Through analyzing and sorting the foreign and domestic literature, the common adverse events and insecurity factors of medical MRI system were summarized and classified. Results: MRI adverse events can be sorted into four broad categories: physical effect, biological effect, equipment malfunction and other injury events. And the adverse events included 14 species which caused damage or loss in different ways. Conclusion: MRI systems are more and more popular, and quick upticks of examiners are also seen in recent years. But people know little about their adverse events. Production enterprises and medical workers need to pay more attention and strengthen the collection and use of adverse event information.
