中药复方内服联合中药面膜外敷治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察与分析

Observation and analysis of Compound Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask topical to treat acne vulgaris

目的:观察中药复方内服联合中药面膜外敷治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:146例寻常性痤疮患者,采用随机数字法分为两组,观察组:73例,给予中药复方内服及中药面膜外敷治疗;对照组:73例,给予西药口服和窄谱蓝光照射治疗。治疗6周后,比较两组的总有效率、不良反应发生率、美容满意度及治疗前后血清指标(血清Toll样受体-2、肿瘤坏死因子-α、睾酮、雌二醇)。结果:治疗6周后,观察组总有效率、不良反应发生率、美容满意度分别为80.8%、11.0%、89.0%,对照组分别为54.8%、21.9%、69.9%,观察组疗效、美容满意度高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血清指标比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清指标均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于痤疮患者,中药复方内服联合中药面膜外敷能够改善血清炎症因子及激素水平,具有疗效确切、安全性高等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese herbal compound decoction combined with Herbal Mask Treatment for acne. Methods 146 cases of acne patients treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected as the research object, using random number method to group 73 cases in each group. The control group was given oral medicine and narrow-band blue light treatment; the observation group was given herbal oral administration and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine mask. 7 days for 1 courses. After 6 courses of treatment, the total effective rate,adverse reaction rate, beauty satisfaction and serum index（Toll like receptor-2, tumor necrosis factor alpha, testosterone, estradiol） were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 courses of treatment, the total effective rate, adverse reaction rate, beauty satisfaction were 80.8%,11.0%,89.9%,54.8%,21.9%, 69.9%, the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）; after treatment, the two groups were significantly lower than the control group, and the observation group was lower than the control group, there were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with acne,compound Chinese medicine oral herbal mask treatment can improve Lianzhong serum inflammatory factors and hormone levels, with efficacy, safety and other advantages, is worthy of clinical application.
