自拟祛疣汤联合重组干扰素α-2b治疗多发性扁平疣疗效观察

Observation of the curative effects of Quyou decoction combined with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b to treat flat wart

目的:观察自拟祛疣汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b肌注治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法:采用随机方法将128例扁平疣患者分组,治疗组:66例,采用自拟祛疣汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b肌注治疗;对照组:62例,采用重组人干扰素α-2b肌注治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈54例,显效3例,无效8例,痊愈率81.2%,有效率86.4%;对照组痊愈38例,显效12例,无效12例,痊愈率61.3%,有效率80.6%,两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.81%,P>0.05);治疗组痊愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:自拟祛疣汤联合重组人干扰素α-2b肌注中西医结合治疗扁平疣治愈率显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Quyou decoction combined with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b local blocking curative effect in the treatment of flat wart. Methods Random 128 patients with verruca plana patients were divided into two groups, treatment group（66 cases） was treated with self-made Quyou decoction combined with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b local closed treatment. The control group（62 cases） were treated with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b local closed treatment. Results In the treatment group, 54 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases ineffective, cure rate was 81.2%, effective rate was 86.4%; in the control group, 38 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were ineffective, cure rate was 61.3%, 80.6%. Two groups have efficiency differences had no statistical significance（χ2 =1.81%, P 〉0.05）; treatment group healed rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The cure rate is significant by Quyou decoction combined with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b intramuscular injection to treat flat wart. It is worthy of clinical application.
