本文结合空调用电加热带不工作问题,从电加热带失效机理、器件结构、工艺设计及使用环境,对电加热带系统性整改与推进方式进行了分析和研究。从故障点分析、X光透视、结构解剖测试发现电加热带结构设计缺陷,电加热带的开路、接触不稳定等工作异常与结构设计缺陷存在较大关联。从电加热带结构设计、可靠性设计着手全面、系统化提升器件质量。

Don't work in this paper, combined with air conditioning and tropical problem, from electric heating zone failure mechanism, device structure and process design and the use environment, mode of electric heating zone systemic rectification and advance has carried on the analysis and research. From the point of failure analysis, X-ray, anatomic structure testing electric heating zone structure design defects, such as electric heating zone of open circuit, unstable touch work is associated abnormalities and structural design flaws.
