阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布对CHD患者血脂及血清CRP的影响

Effect of Atorvastatin combined with ezetimibe on the levels of blood lipid and serum CRP of CHD patients

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布对冠心病(CHD)患者血脂指标、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法选取江苏省灌云县人民医院2013年5月至2015年1月收治的100例确诊CHD患者,根据入院顺序分为单用组和联合组各50例,两组患者入院后均给予冠心病常规治疗方案+阿托伐他汀(单用组),联合组加用依折麦布治疗,两组患者连续用药4周。结果治疗后两组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平较治疗前显著的降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平较治疗前显著的升高且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著低于单用组、HDL-C水平显著高于单用组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组患者的TC达标率(78%)、LDL-C达标率(76%)高于单用组(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组和单用组的CRP在第2周、第4周均较治疗前显著的降低(P<0.05),联合组降低更加显著(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布能够更显著的改善CHD患者血脂指标、血清C反应蛋白水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of Atorvastatin combined with ezetimibe on blood lipid indexes and serum C reactive protein（CRP） level of coronary heart disease（CHD） patients. Methods 100 patients diagnosed as CHD patients of our hospital from 2013 to 2015 were selected according to the order of admission and divided into single drug group and combined drug group, 50 cases in each group.The two groups of patients after admission were given conventional treatment regimen plus atorvastatin, and the combined group with addition of ezetimibe treatment; the two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks. Results TC,TG and LDL-C levels of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced after treatment, while the HDL-C levels were significantly elevated after treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the TC,TG,LDL-C levels of the group with combined treatment were significantly lower than those of the single treatment group, while the HDL-C levels were significantly higher（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the compliance rate of TC（78%） and LDL-C（76%） of the combined treatment group were higher than that of the single treatment group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the CRP of the combined treatment group and the single treatment group were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）. The CRP levels in the 2nd week and 4th week of treatment were significantly lower in both groups,while the reduction of the combined treatment group was more significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin Combined with ezetimibe could make more significant improvement in CHD in patients in terms of blood lipid indexes, serum Creactive protein levels.
