Progress on mast cell immune responses to protozoan parasite infections

肥大细胞除了参与Ig E介导的速发型和迟发型过敏反应外,还在感染免疫方面如抵抗病原微生物、原虫及蠕虫感染过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文就肥大细胞在原虫如刚地弓形虫、利什曼原虫、疟原虫、阴道毛滴虫、溶组织内阿粑原虫和克氏锥虫感染免疫方面的研究进展作一综述,以期为相关原虫的研究提供有价值的参考。

Parasitic infections can stimulate a series of immune responses and ？ there are different immune cells involved in the infections. This review focuses on the roles of mast cells in the infections of protozoan porasites such as Toxoplasma gondii, Leishmania, and Plasmodium, etc., which may provide a valuable reference for the related protozoan parasite studies.
