摘要
为了获得曲柄滑块机构的最优传力性能,通过对其工作原理分析,建立了曲柄滑块机构通用优化设计模型,基于尺寸驱动技术,利用SolidWorks软件平台建立了曲柄滑块机构参数化图解法模型,并提出了利用该模型进行优化设计方法.算例分析表明,优化方案的传力性能和结构紧凑性均得到了提高.
In order to obtain the slider-crank mechanism which has the optimum driving performance,the general optimization design model of the slider-crank mechanism is constructed by analyzing its principle.The parameter graphic method model designing the slider-crank mechanism is constructed and applied to solving the general optimization design model on the SolidWorks platform.The result of the example shows that the driving performance of the rotary mechanism is advanced and its dimensions are reduced,and the method in this paper is available.
