供应链金融探析

An Analysis of the Supply Chain Finance

随着全球化经济的迅猛发展,以及大数据、云计算对金融业务创新的推动,供应链金融从一个全新的理念发展到线上供应链金融阶段,它是互联网时代酝酿的新生态金融。作为一种新型的金融产品,利用各种资源与渠道的有效整合,逐步扩大融资网络渠道,形成了巨大的社会需求。通过对全球多个国家供应链金融的深入探索,本文以论述供应链金融演变进程为基点,从四个角度梳理了供应链金融的主要研究领域,包括营运管理视角的供应链金融、供应链资金流管理、互联网模式下的供应链金融以及风险管理角度的研究,对业界实践有指导意义。

With the rapid development of global economy and the promotion of financial innovation by big data and cloud computing services, supply chain finance is developing to the online supply chain finance stage from a new concept, a new ecological finance in the internet age. This new financial service, exploiting the integration of main re- sources and channels, broadens the financing network and produces a great social need, which has a good potential value. This paper reviewed previous researches from the perspectives of supply chain finance, capital management of supply chain, internet and risk management.
