摘要
报警信息素是蜂群中遇到外界干扰或危险时蜜蜂个体所释放的提醒或招募其他蜜蜂个体驱避或攻击等防御行为的一种信息素。为了探索报警信息素对蜜蜂采集行为的影响,本研究采用蜂毒的主要成分乙酸异戊酯对蜂群或者外出采集的蜜蜂进行干扰,结果表明,经报警信息素干扰后,在蜂群采集过程的信息交流中反映的是作为一个消极信号作用,使得蜂群内部舞蹈蜜蜂的数量和蜜蜂在蜂群与采集地点的往返频次明显减少,具有差异显著性。随着报警信息素的释放,蜂群中的采集蜂会减少采集活动并且会寻求一种较为理想的防御机制来应对外界的干扰。
Alarm pheromones,such as isopentyl acetate(IPA),which is the main component of sting alarm pheromone and play a critical role in the coordination of individual behaviors as well as colony information communication in the honeybee colonies.In this study,honeybees were exposed to IPA at a foraging site and inside their colony to investigate the influence of alarm pheromones on foraging activity.IPA reduced bee flying out the nest,foraging,and waggle dancing.IPA therefore inhibits honey bee foraging and foraging communication.
