摘要
以精制妥尔油和二乙醇胺为主要原料合成妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺,考察在原料摩尔配比为1∶1的混合条件下所生成的该类水基润滑添加剂的摩擦学性能.采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察不同浓度添加剂极压、减磨性能;参照GB-T6144-2010对其p H、防锈性能进行测定.结果表明:妥尔油酸二乙醇酰胺可以极大提高水基极压性能,5%润滑液PB值高达1020 N;随着浓度增高,减磨特性增强,p H满足国标要求;浓度增加至3%后,防锈性能达到A级.
Tall oleic acid diethanolamide was synthesized from refined tall oil and diethanolamine as main raw material mixed,and the tribological performance of its water-based lubricant additive produced by mixing with molar ratio of 1∶ 1was studied. The behaviors of extreme pressure and anti-attrition for different concentrations of additives were examined by testing on a four-ball tester,and the p H value and rust protection performance were measured according to GB-T6144-2010. Results show that water base extreme pressure performance can be improved by using tall oleic acid diethanolamide,and PBvalue is up to 1020 N for 5% lubricant,the higher concentration,the better the antifriction performance. p H meets the requirements of national standard,and rust protection reaches to A level as concentration up to 3%.
