β受体阻滞剂在心力衰竭治疗中的应用

Application of β-receptor blocker in treatment of heart failure

目的观察β受体阻滞剂在心力衰竭患者临床中的应用效果。方法将我院内科2015年1月至2015年11月期间收治的110例心力衰竭患者分成试验组和一般组,两组患者入院确诊后均给予血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂、强心剂等对症治疗,在对症治疗的基础上给予试验组患者β受体阻滞剂美托洛尔治疗。结果治疗前两组患者的6分钟步行试验步行距离、利钠肽表达水平比较差异无统计学意义(t1=0.880;t2=0.825;P均>0.05),治疗后试验组患者的6分钟步行试验步行距离明显长于一般组患者(t=7.584;P<0.05),利钠肽表达水平明显低于一般组患者(t=15.976;P<0.05),临床治疗总有效率为92.7%,与一般组患者的78.2%比较差异明显(χ2=4.681;P<0.05)。结论β受体阻滞剂在心力衰竭患者临床治疗中的应用,可有效改善患者临床治疗效果,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of β-receptor blocker in patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 110 patients with heart failure who were admitted to Department of Internal Medicine in our hospital from January to November, 2015 were divided into experimental group and general group. After a confirmed diagnosis was made, the patients in both groups were given the symptomatic treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, diuretic, and cardiac stimulant, and those in the experimental group were given the β-receptor blocker metoprolol in addition. Results Before treatment, the walk distance in 6-minute walk test and the expression of natriuretic peptide showed no significant differences between the two groups（t =0.880 and 0.825, both P 0.05）. After treatment, the experimental group had a significantly longer walk distance in 6-minute walk test and significantly lower expression of natriuretic peptide than the general group（t=7.584 and 15.976, both P0.05）. The overall response rate in the clinical treatment showed a significant difference between the experimental group and the general group（92.7% vs78.2%, χ2=4.681, P0.05）. Conclusion The application of β-receptor blocker in the clinical treatment of patients with heart failure can effectively improve the patients＇ clinical outcome and their quality of life.
