摘要
介绍了某铂溶解反应釜的结构特点、使用工况以及在该设备设计和制造过程中将衬搪瓷与衬钽工艺成功应用在同一台反应釜上的情况。按文中所述方法设计的设备运行效果良好,其经验可供同类产品开发与研制时参考。
The combination structural characteristics and service conditions of a platinum dissolution reactor are described, the equipment design process in the enamel lining and the successful application of tantalum lining technology on the reactor at the same station are introduced as well. According to the method given in this paper, the equipment running effect is good, and its experience can be used for reference in the similar product development and research in future.
