Improvement and Application of Device on Corrosion Monitoring Test Block

针对某公司蒸馏装置、焦化装置部分重油监测部位的工艺物料较粘稠,导致监测挂片拆装过程费时、费力且工艺物料中含有的硫化氢等毒性物质易造成人员健康受损的问题,对其工艺流程进行了改进。应用效果表明,改进后挂片柱及监测挂片表面清洁,拆装省时、省力,且保障了作业人员的身体健康。

The problems of corrosion monitoring device on corrosion monitoring test block in corrosion monitoring field of petrochemical enterprise were analyzed. By means of improving technological process of device on corrosion monitoring test block, the application effect showed that the surface of coupon column and test block were clean, and demolition installation work saved both time and labour. Moreover, the health of workers was guaranteed.
