摘要
建立了食品级丙烯腈-苯乙烯(AS)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)色母粒中丙烯腈残留量的顶空气相色谱分析方法。样品以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂溶解,经顶空-气相色谱分离、氢火焰离子化检测器检测后,采用外标法进行定量。结果表明:本方法在2.0-200.0 mg/kg范围内线性良好,检出限为0.5 mg/kg;实际样品3个浓度水平的加标回收率为92.3%-104.0%,相对标准偏差为2.1%-5.1%(n=7)。采用该方法对20个市售食品级AS和ABS色母粒产品进行测定,结果显示AS色母粒中的丙烯腈残留量普遍高于ABS色母粒。
A method based on headspace gas chromatography has been developed for the determination of acrylonitrile in styrene acrylonitrile(AS) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS) masterbatches for foods. The samples were dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide, detected by headspace gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector(HS-GC-FID), and quantitatived with external standard method. The results indicate that, a good linearity ranged from 2.0 to 200.0 mg/kg is obtained under the optimum conditions, and the limit of detection is 0.5 mg/kg. Recoveries of acrylonitrile at three spiked levels are in the range of 92.3%-104.0%, while the relative standard deviations range from 2.1%-5.1%(n=7). For twenty kinds of commercially available AS and ABS masterbatch products, the results show that the acrylonitrile residued in AS masterbatches is generally more than in ABS masterbatches.
