数据机房新风-室内空气间接换热特性的分析

Analysis of indirect heat transfer characteristics of fresh air to indoor air in the data center

摘要 以数据机房新风-室内空气换热的板式换热器为研究对象,用DEST软件模拟了机房负荷,用ANSYS软件模拟了换热器的换热特性,通过模拟结果分析可知,换热器换热效率随着新风量的增加呈现先降低后升高的趋势,最高可达到0.65左右,传热系数随着新风量的增加而增大,换热器的换热量变化较为平稳,最小约为140W/m2。 This paper took plate heat exchanger which exchanges heat through data room fresh air and indoor air as the research object,simulate the data center's load by DEST software and simulate the heat transfer characteristics of the heat exchanger with ANSYS software. Based on the analysis of simulation results,the heat exchanger efficiency increases at first then increased with the increases of fresh air,the maximum can reach around 0. 65. Heat transfer coefficient increases with the increase of fresh air. The changes in the heat exchanger heat transfer is relatively stable,the minimum is about 140 w / m2.
