My Opinion on Gefitinib Rash Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine

吉非替尼目前已知的副反应以皮疹最为常见,吉非替尼极易引起的红色皮疹乃热入血分,手足皲裂乃燥邪引发,根据中医"寒者热之"、"热者寒之"等基础理论,由此可以推测吉非替尼是燥药、热药。针对燥邪和热邪引起人体出现红色皮疹、手足皲裂等症状,中医当以滋阴凉血、祛风止痒兼降火为基本治法。

The most common side effect of Gefitinib is rash,gefitinib can easily cause a red rash is hot into the blood,chapped dryness is caused,according to ＂heat the cold＂,＂cold the heat＂traditional Chinese medicine basic theory,it can be speculated gefitinib drug is dry,hot medicine. Against dryness and heat caused by human evil red rash,chapped and other symptoms,the basic governing law of TCM is cooling Yin,expelling the wind to alleviate the chill and itching and removing fire.
