摘要
取料支臂是气体离心机内部重要的元件之一,为研究转速对取料支臂功耗的影响,采用有限体积法求解三维Navier-Stokes方程,得到了不同转速条件下取料支臂附近高超声速流场的分布,并计算得到了取料支臂的激波功耗和摩擦功耗。对支臂功耗随转速变化规律的分析表明:在滞留量和支臂位置不变的条件下,支臂功耗随转速的升高呈先增大后减小的趋势;而在侧壁压强和支臂位置不变的条件下,支臂功耗随转速的升高呈减小的趋势。
The scoop is one of the most important parts in gas centrifuge.The 3DNavier-Stokes equation was solved by finite volume method to study the effect of rotation speed on scoop power loss.The flow fields near scoop were obtained by the simulation,and the scoop power losses caused by shock wave and friction were calculated respectively.The analysis for the change law of scoop power loss with rotation speed shows that the power loss first increases and then decreases with the increase of rotation speed when the amount of gas holdup in rotor and the location of scoop are invariant.The power loss decreases with the increase of rotation speed when the pressure in the side wall of rotor and the location of scoop are invariant.
