改性沥青在钻井液中的应用研究

摘要 在疏松地层等复杂地质结构下进行钻井作业时,由于钻井液的滤失而形成井壁黏土水化膨胀,造成井壁坍塌的危害,为了解决这一问题,通常需要加入各种钻井液添加剂,来抑制黏土膨胀,降低钻井液的滤失量,防止钻井过程中的井壁塌陷等问题。本论文通过正交实验考察了系列改性沥青材料对钻井液黏度,滤失,摩阻等性能的影响。实验结果表明,当沥青加量为0.15%,搬土加量为6%,CMC用量为0.2%时,钻井液的滤失、黏度等性能达到最优化。最后通过电子显微镜观察最优配方下的滤饼结构,分析其性能。结果证明,改性沥青材料具有较好的降滤失作用和造壁性能,有很好的应用前景。 Drilling in complicated geological structure loose strata under, because drilling fluid filtrate and the formation of the clay hydration expansion,cause the harm to borehole collapse, in order to solve this problem,usually need to join the various kinds of drilling fluid additives,to suppress the clay swelling,reduce the loss of drilling fluid filter,to prevent the problem of borehole drilling in the process of collapse.The experiment adopted different modified asphalt materials on drilling fluid viscosity, filtration was studied by orthogonal experiment,effects of the friction properties.The experimental results show that,when the asphalt dosage 0.15 %,remove the earth quantity is 6 %,the dosage of CMC is 0.2 %,the drilling fluid filtrate,viscosity and other properties to achieve the optimization.Finally,observe the cake structure under the optimal formula by electron microscope,the analysis of its performance.Results show that,the modified asphalt material has good filtration reduction loss and wall building property,has good application prospects.
