蓖麻油环氧化反应研究

Study on the oxidation reaction of castor oil

蓖麻油为原料,与甲酸、过氧化氢在硫酸催化下,进行蓖麻油的环氧化反应。考察甲酸、过氧化氢、催化剂用量和反应温度对蓖麻油环氧化的影响,得到较优工艺条件,即反应温度60℃,甲酸用量25 mL,双氧水40 mL,浓硫酸4g时,环氧化得到的产物环氧值较高。
