盐水对PEI/HPAM凝胶性能影响的实验研究

摘要 近年来低毒性聚乙烯亚胺/聚丙烯酰胺堵水凝胶在世界范围得到了广泛关注,但有关盐水对该凝胶性能的影响鲜有报道。本文通过实验,研究了盐水对PEI/HPAM凝胶强度与吸水膨胀性能的影响。结果认为,接触盐水后,凝胶体系都会吸水膨胀,但吸收KCl盐水最多,NaCl盐水次之,吸收MgCl_2盐水最少;NaCl盐水吸收后对凝胶强度有重要影响,KCl次之,MgCl_2影响最小仍然保持在G级强度。 Low toxic PEI/HPAM gel as water shutoff agent has received more attention in recent years.However,the effect of salinity water(formation water) on the performance of the target gel is not well understood.In this study,the effect of different salinity water on gel strength and absorbency swelling ability of PEI/HPAM gel was investigated through experimental approach.Results show that PEI/HPAM gel can swell to some degree after contacting with salinity water.The absorbency ability for KCl salinity water is the best,followed by NaCl salinity water.MgCl_2 salinity water is the worst candidate for the absorbency ability of PEI/HPAM gel.The gel strength after absorbing salinity water is inversely proportional to the total absorption of different salinity water.For instance,gel strength after absorbing MgCl_2 salinity water still keeps at a higher level of code G.
