摘要
核电厂主泵转速前置器(简称前置器)是监测主泵转速的关键设备。核电厂运行20多年间出现数次由前置器自身问题引起的主泵转速测量故障,其根本原因是元器件质量问题和电路设计不够合理。为彻底解决转速测量异常问题,采用前置器1E级开发的改进性方案。新产品在电路开发方面进行了全面改进,在结构设计方面进行了局部优化,具有精度高、性能稳定、抗干扰能力强等特点,在现场进行实际运用后状态良好,提高了核电厂运行的安全性和可靠性。
Reactor coolant pump speed converter (referred to as the converter)is the key equipment of monitor reactor coolant pump speed. During the twenty years of power plant operation, there were several reactor coolant pump speed measuring failures caused by the converter itself. It points out that the root cause of failure is component quality and unreasonable circuit design. To thoroughly solve the problem of speed measurement anomaly, the writer decided to employ improvement resolution of 1E development. The new product has been carried out comprehensive improvement in the circuit development. Besides, local optimization has linen performed in the structure design. The newly developed 1E Converter has the characteristics of high precision, stable performance and strong ability of anti interference. After being applied in the field, it showed good condition, and improved the security and reliability of the power plant operation.
