大学生绝对淘汰考核制度的理论可行性分析

The Theoretical Feasibility Study on the Absolute Elimination Assessment System for College Students

大学生考核制度是检验大学生水平的一道门槛,是激发大学生努力学习的动力,也可以叫做压力。目前我国高校实行的大学生相对淘汰考核制度没有起到这个作用。尽管人们在不断探索大学生考核制度,但都只是在细枝末节上进行改动,很多东西故步自封。对此,本研究提出大学生绝对淘汰考核制度,从我国目前教育阶段、自然生物规律和教育资源的稀缺性等十个不同的层面对高校实行大学生绝对淘汰考核制度的可行性进行了充分的理论论证。

Assessment system of college students is known as an indicator of the college students＇ capacity level,and it is also the motivation（ or pressure） to study hard. At present,most Chinese colleges implemented the relative assessment system and it has some defects. Researchers who have been exploring the current assessment system continuously did not bring fundamental changes. Therefore,we put forward the assessment system of absolute elimination. We discuss the assessment system of absolute elimination according to ten aspects including present education level,laws of natural biology,the scarcity of educational resources and so on.
