高校心理健康教育体系的构建与完善策略探讨

The Construction and Perfection of the System of Mental Health Education in Higher Colleges

在高校教育体系中,心理健康教育是其中不可或缺的重要组成部分,也是我国高校在大学生教育过程中的关注焦点,构建起完善的教育体系,对于引导大学生保持一个健康的心理状态有着非常重要的作用,不仅如此,构建高校心理健康体系,也是构建和谐社会进程中的主要体现,需要各大高校予以重视。本文便从完善心理健康教育体系的意义为研究基点,分析体系中的主要组成部分,并提出完善体系的相关策略,以促进高校心理健康教育体系的健全与完善。

In the education system of higher colleges,the mental health education is an important part,but also the focus for our college students in the course of education. Building a sound education system has a very important role on guiding students to maintain a healthy mental state and establishing a harmonious society in the process of the main manifestation,which needs to be paid attention. Taking the perfection of the significance of the mental health education system as the research basis,this paper analyzes the the main part of the system and puts forward the relevant strategies to improve the system and promote the mental health education system in higher colleges.
