黄石市外向型经济发展的环境效应研究

A Study on the Effect of Development of Export- oriented Economy on the Environment in Huangshi City

对外开放程度的深化虽然会为经济增长注入强劲动力,但也必然对生态环境造成影响。文章在综合分析黄石市外向型经济发展现状的基础上,选择工业"三废"作为环境指标,实证考察了黄石市对外开放的环境效应。结果显示:2000—2014年,黄石市对外贸易与实际利用外资规模总体增加,出口贸易结构仍待优化,一般贸易方式占据主导地位;利用外资主要集中于制造业,开发区引资成效显著;对外开放程度与三种污染物均呈现显著正相关,贸易的规模效应、结构效应与技术效应因不同污染物呈现不同状态。

The deepening of opening- up to the world has inevitably impact on ecological environment while providing strong impetus for economic growth. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the development of export- oriented economy of Huangshi city,the authors carry out empirical study of the environmental effect of opening- up to the world in Huangshi city by using ＂ three industrial wastes＂（ waste gas,waste water and solid waste） as the indicators. The results show that： foreign trade and the actual use of foreign capital scale are on the rise in 2000- 2014; export trade structure is still to be optimized with the domination of general trade; foreign capital is mainly utilized by manufacturing industry and the high- tech development zone has made great achievements in attracting foreign investment; the opening- up degree is showing significant positive correlation with the three contaminants; trade scale effect,structure effect and technology effect differ with different contaminants.
