On the Cultivation of Applied Talents of Design Major in the Local University

地方本科院校向应用型高校转型是国家根据当前人才需求形势做出的重大决定。设计学专业作为一门需要将创意和技能高度结合的专业,在新形势下,如何继续加强专业的实用性和应用性,尽快培养出能满足市场需要的应用技术型人才,这是地方转型高校、科研机构和教育行政管理部门都在加快研究和亟待解决的问题。文章阐述了设计学专业在转型过程中人才培养和毕业生就业、创业时的若干问题,试图为高校转型期设计学专业的发展和变革提供一定的借鉴和帮助。

The decision for local university to transform into applied technology university is made by the Central Government of China to meet the demand of talent market. Design major is integrating creativity and skills so hands- on skills should be enhanced in the cultivation of design talents who will meet the needs of the talent market. The cultivation of talents with strong applied technology is the major concern of local universities,research institutions and the administrative department of education. This paper expounds some problems in the process of Design talents cultivation in the period of transformation and the employment and entrepreneurship of the graduates,aiming to provide some reference for the development and reform of Design major in local universities in the period of transformation.
