高职院校学生干部“五彩工程”培养模式的实践研究——以江苏城乡建设职业学院土木工程系为例

Research on the Practice of Cultivation Mode of Student Cadres' Colorful Project in Higher Vocational Colleges——take the Department of Civil Engineering in Jiangsu Municipal and Rural Construction Vocational College as an example

学生干部在高职院校学生管理工作中发挥了重要的作用。因此,对于五年制高职院校学生干部的培养显得尤为重要。本文通过分析"彩色文化"对学生的教育和引领作用,提出了学生干部"五彩工程"培养模式,并在具体实践中进行探索。

Student cadres play an important role in the management of students in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, it is very important to cultivate the student cadres in the five-year vocational colleges. Analyzing the education and leading role of the students, this paper puts forward the training mode of the student cadres＇ colorful project and explores it in the practice.
