“90后”大学生先进人物培育路径初探

On Cultivation Approaches of Advanced Post-90s Undergraduates

"90后"大学生先进人物培育是指学校在"90后"大学生群体中选树、宣传、教育典型人物的过程。目前高校在大学生先进典型教育工作过程中出现了先进人物选树、宣传、教育三方面的困境,本文试图提出建立分级选树制度、完善宣传推广机制、重视先进人物教育三方面建议,以此探讨"90后"大学生先进人物培育的路径。

The cultivation of advanced Post- 90 s undergraduates refers to the process of selecting and propagandizing and educating excellent persons in the Post-90 s undergraduates. At present, there are difficulties in the process of selecting and propagandizing and educating excellent undergraduates in the job of advanced undergraduate education. This paper attempts to propose suggestions in the following three aspects： establishing a hierarchical selection system, improving the mechanism of promoting propaganda, and paying attention to the advanced undergraduate education, and discusses the cultivation approaches of cultivating advanced Post-90 s undergraduates.
