摘要
将氧化锆亚微米粉干压、冷等静压成型后在8501 100℃下进行预烧结,制得了多孔氧化锆陶瓷,研究了预烧结温度对陶瓷孔隙率、硬度和抗弯强度的影响;然后对多孔氧化锆陶瓷进行铣削试验,获得了适合铣削的多孔氧化锆陶瓷的预烧结温度。结果表明:随着预烧结温度升高,氧化锆陶瓷的孔隙率降低,硬度和抗弯强度增加;当预烧结温度高于1 000℃后,陶瓷颗粒间会形成烧结颈,将大幅提高陶瓷的力学性能;适合铣削的多孔氧化锆陶瓷的预烧结温度为1 050℃。
Firstly,submicron zirconia powder was dry compacted and cold isostatic pressed,and then the blocks were pre-sintered at the temperature range from 850 ℃to 1 100 ℃.The effects of pre-sintering temperature on porosity,hardness and bending strength of the ceramics were studied.After that,milling experiment was carried out on porous zirconia ceramics,suitable pre-sintering temperature for milling porous zirconia ceramic was obtained for milling.The results show that the porosity of porous zirconia ceramics decreased,hardness and bending strength increased as the pre-sintering temperature rose from 850 ℃to 1 000 ℃.When pre-sintering temperature was above1 000 ℃,the ceramic particles would form sintering neck,this would greatly improve the mechanical properties of the ceramics.The suitable pre-sintering temperature for milling porous zirconia ceramics was 1 050 ℃.
