The economic crime involving many stakeholders, featured by numerous and uncertain targets, high percentage of money in property involved and very subtle disguised forms, has been increasing year by year. The crime has caused disturbance to the normal order of the market economy, harmed the interests of the masses, and tended to intensify the social conflicts. With the continuous development of the socio-economic situation and the increasing need for combating crime, there＇s the necessity to analyze the situations relating to existing cases, make efforts to study the mechanisms for combating this type of crime, so as to protect the economic interests of people as well as safeguard the social stability.
